Returns Policy

****ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO US THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN AS PER OUR POLICY BELOW, WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER****

Terms & Conditions of Returns:
*We offer a Full Exchange Policy on Full Price Items. We do not Refund.
*Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note or exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging WITH ORIGINAL TAGS.
*All Jewellery & Accessories(including Handbags) are exempt from being returned for a refund or exchange due to Health Regulations.
*Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
*Please note we do not exchange or issue a Credit Note on Sale items. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL NO EXCHANGES OR CREDIT NOTES.
*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
*Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2) Once your return is received, we will inspect your item to ensure its in the original condition with tags still attached.

3) Once you qualify for a return, we will issue a "E Gift Card"valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
